Midaris Ambassador Programme — Terms

Operator: NFOURA SAAS PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT FZCO (“Midaris”, “we”). By applying, you (“Ambassador”) accept these terms. All amounts are in US dollars (USD).

1. What the programme is

You share your personal Midaris link or code. When someone signs up through it and pays Midaris, you earn a commission on the payments we actually receive from them, under the terms below. Being an Ambassador does not make you an employee, agent or partner of Midaris.

2. Joining

Applications are reviewed by Midaris and may be approved or declined at our discretion. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information, including your payout details.

3. Commission

  • Rate: starts at 15% of each qualifying payment. Higher rates may be agreed individually or reached through tiers we publish; the rate that applies to you is shown in your dashboard at the time of the payment.
  • Applies to subscription payments and credit purchases by customers you referred, for 12 months from that customer’s first payment.
  • Based on the amount Midaris actually receives, excluding taxes, payment-provider fees charged back to us, refunds and chargebacks.
  • A customer counts as yours if they sign up within 60 days of their last visit through your link or code, and no later referral replaced it (last click wins).
  • No commission on your own account, accounts you control, or payments that are refunded or disputed.

4. Approval period and payouts

  • Each commission is pending for 30 days after the payment, then approved.
  • You can request a payout once your approved balance is at least $50. Payouts are made in USD through our payout partner (or by PayPal or bank transfer where the partner is not available), normally within 15 business days of the request. The payout partner may ask you for identity or tax information.
  • If a payment is refunded or disputed after its commission was paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings in your country.

5. How you may promote Midaris

  • Always disclose the relationship, e.g. “affiliate link” or “I earn a commission if you subscribe”, wherever you share your link or code.
  • Describe Midaris as what it is: software for financial research and education.
  • You must NOT: present Midaris as investment advice, trading signals or a way to earn returns; promise or imply profits or performance; recommend any security “because Midaris says so”; use screenshots of reports to suggest a buy or sell.
  • You must NOT: bid on “Midaris” or similar terms in paid search, register domains or social handles that look like Midaris, send spam or unsolicited messages, use cookie stuffing, incentivised sign-ups, fake accounts or any misleading practice.
  • Follow the advertising and financial-promotion rules of the countries where you promote.

6. Customer offer

Customers who sign up with your code receive 10% off for their first 3 months, or take part in any other promotion Midaris is running when they subscribe (one offer per customer). Your code may also work as a discount code in our promotions. You may not offer other discounts or rebates on Midaris’ behalf.

7. Suspension and ending

We may pause or end your participation, and withhold or reverse commissions, if you break these terms or act in a way that harms Midaris or its users. You may leave at any time. Approved commissions above the minimum on legitimate referrals remain payable after you leave, unless they were earned in breach of these terms.

8. Changes

We may change these terms, the commission rate, the periods or the minimum payout. Changes apply to payments made after we notify you by e-mail or in your dashboard; commissions already recorded keep their terms.

9. Data

We process your data to run the programme (application, tracking, payouts), as described in the Midaris privacy policy, and share with our payout partner only what is needed to pay you. We show you aggregate figures about your referrals, not their personal details beyond what is needed to explain your earnings.

10. Liability and law

Midaris is not liable for indirect losses or lost earnings under the programme; our total liability is limited to the commissions owed to you. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s registered jurisdiction, and disputes go to its competent courts.
