Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Midaris for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked. This applies to subscription plans, single reports and credit packs.

One exception, and it is about delivery rather than satisfaction: a single report and a credit pack are delivered the moment they are used. If the single report has been run, or if credits from a pack have been spent, that part of the purchase has been delivered and is no longer refundable. Everything unused is refunded in full. A subscription is refundable within 14 days of the charge whatever you have run with it.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Billing. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future charges: you keep full access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.

A credit pack is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Unspent credits from a pack are refundable under the guarantee above; credits that have already been spent are not.

How to request a refund

Email us at legal@midaris.ai with the receipt or order ID from your purchase. You can also request a refund directly from our payment provider, using the link on the receipt it sent you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. If you request a refund within 14 days of a charge, you will receive a full refund of that charge.

Single reports and credit packs

A single report is one run of one report type, available for seven days from purchase. It is refundable in full until it is run. A credit pack adds credits to your balance; unspent credits are refundable, spent credits are not. Credits have no cash value and are never exchanged for money outside a refund of the original purchase.

Seats and the firm layer

Seats and the firm layer are recurring subscriptions billed to the firm’s owner. They can be cancelled at any time and cancellation stops future renewals; the firm keeps them until the end of the paid period. A charge is refundable in full within 14 days of that charge. Reducing the number of seats takes effect at the next renewal.
