Midaris is operated by NFOURA SAAS PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT - FZCO. Payments for Midaris subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Midaris for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked. This applies to both subscription plans and credit packs.

How to request a refund

Email us at legal@midaris.ai with your Paddle receipt or order ID, or submit a request directly to Paddle at paddle.net. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. If you request a refund within 14 days of a charge, you will receive a full refund of that charge.
