How to read a Portfolio Analysis report
Where your money actually sits: sectors, geography, factors, concentration, gaps and macro exposure.
updated Sep 12, 2026
What it measures. Your holdings (by weight or by shares × price) mapped to sectors, countries, market-cap bands and style factors; concentration (how much sits in the top five names, including the same company held through several funds); coverage gaps against broad references; and how the mix is exposed to rates, the dollar and commodities.
How to read it. The bullets in each section are observations — "42% of the portfolio is in US large-cap technology across three holdings" — and the narrative adds two sentences of context. The Portfolio tab on the dashboard shows the daily weighted change; this report explains the structure behind that number.
What it does not say. It does not tell you to rebalance, add or remove anything. A concentration reading is a fact about your list; whether it suits you is your decision.
How to use it. Run it after you import or change holdings, then monthly. Turn on the Portfolio move notification with a threshold (for example 2%) to be told when the weighted daily change crosses it — the report will show what drove the move.
